My Story
40 years in the metal and plastics industry, including 20 years at C-level and most recently as managing partner.
Regular on-site projects in USA, India, China, France, Finland and Eastern Europe.
My Motivation
New challenges, restructuring of companies, scaling of sales concepts are my main motivators.
The results were optimizations and increases of key performance indicators of the company.
My Core Competences
My core competences are strategic topics such as restructuring, interim management, strategic alignment incl. internationalization, sales management.
Also production + logistics, tool technologies and new customer acquisition are among my strengths.
